About us

Hi— we are Kris and Amala, based on the Sunshine Coast and New York City respectively.

Last year, in November 2021 we lost a beloved family member, Bodhi, to suicide. To us, she was a sister and a daughter, but to this world, she was many things.

Bodhi's story inspired us to reach out to other young people like her, who need help that they don't have.

Being faced with the reality of mental illness and suicide, we were confronted with its prevalent undercurrent in younger populations particularly. Across different societies, it remains a largely unspoken issue where many suffering individuals are lost about where to seek help.

The internet is saturated with resources and helplines, so it’s hard to know where to begin. We want to help you make a start to find the services you need.
